Zachary Quinto Comes Out
Just missed this little tidbit for Kerry's Korner on Sunday's episode, so I thought I'd share. Heroes' Zachary Quinto, moved by his work in Angels in America and the unfortunate suicide Jamey Rodemeyer, came out as a gay actor in Hollywood in an article with the New York Times on Sunday, as well as on his website. Good for you Zachary!!

The Most Adorable Movie Creatures
So I got to thinking about creating a post that went along with the month of Halloween...and I really couldn't come up with anything that hasn't already been done. So I bring you my list of the most adorable movie creatures in no particular order...your welcome.
Falkor the Luckdragon from The Neverending Story
I mean come oooonnnnn....look at that face and those big floppy ears!!! :3 And the picture pretty much sums it up, I wanted to fly the skies with the dog-dragon fluffy thing, badly. The scales kinda creeped me out as a kid but his gentle voice and giant brown sparkly eyes made me at ease. I heart you Falkor.

The Li'l Depressed Boy's Beginnings
Listen up Poppers we're got something that you don't want to miss. Before THE LI’L DEPRESSED BOY found a home at Image Comics, S. Steven Struble built the character’s story online as a popular web comic. Now Image Comics is collecting his early strips and short stories that have never seen print in THE LI’L DEPRESSED BOY, VOL. 0 TP this December.
“I’ll always have a soft spot for these early strips. I cut my teeth on them,” said Struble. “They were a fun experiment that helped form both me as a writer and LDB as a character. On top of that, I got to work with some of my favorite artists.”
THE LI’L DEPRESSED BOY, VOL. 0 TP collects the work of Sam Keith, Jim Valentino, Jim Mahfood, Beaucoup Pop's very own Justin Stewart and more in early THE LI’L DEPRESSED BOY short stories, all awash in appropriate shades of blue. It’s all bundled up in a beautiful new cover by Lindsay Jane!
Be sure to order your copy and support these wonderful artists and writers. The price is really a steal for such a great compilation on a truely original character.

Artist of the Month: kaminary-san
Kaminary-san, aka Natalia, is an artist I stumbled across on DeviantArt a few years back. I came across her Sailor Moon fanart and was blown away. Here's but an example of these Senshi beauties.
She is 25 and lives in Moscow, Russia. She likes everything about Japan: it's culture, music, food, etc. She likes to draw in anime style and eat cookies! She doesn't JUST do Sailor Moon fanart though!
